Eaglematrix Security Agency, Inc. was organized on May 29, 2002, as a small-outfit enterprise, primarily established as an overflow company to handle excess and below-standard accounts. It started its operations in a small office space along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City. In 2007, there was a change of majority of ownership causing the company to relocate its corporate headquarters to a more accessible location at the Central Business District of Cubao, Quezon City.
